Monday:
  • 4:15-5:00pm Weights/ Upper body
  • 5:00-6:00pm Zumba
Tuesday:
  • 4:15-5:00pm Kickboxing/Cardio/Track
  • 5:00-6:00pm
Wednesday
  • 4:15-5:00pm Weights/ Lower Body
  • 5:00-6:00pm Zumba
Thursday
  • 4:15-5:00pm To be determined. 
  • 5:00-6:00pm
